Shift Supervisors / Aromatics Unite

Main Job Requirement:

*Post Graduate diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/Similar

*Age limit: 55

*Minimum 10 years of experience.

*Operational experience at least 3 years continuously same position or higher & Exposure for commissioning, start-up and initial operations in of the following sections: Xylene Fractionation/ Eluxyl/ Morphylane/ BT Fractionation and TransPlus/ Xymax.

*Must have more operational experience than commissioning

Knowledge:

Aromatics (BTX = Benzene Toluene Xylene) – if not rejected

1. Xylenes Fractionation Section (Xylene Rerun Column/ Reformate Splitter)
2. Morphylane Section (Extractive Distillation Column - ED) or similar technologies, from UDHE or UOP (Sulfolane)
3. BT (Benzene Toluene) Fractionation Section and Transplus section (or Tatoray from UOP)
4. Eluxyl section – Paraxylene purification via adsorption on molecular sieves Axens License or similar process from UOP - PAREX
5. Xymax section – isomerization of Orto and Meta Xylenes to Paraxylene license by Exxon or similar technologies from UOP – ISOMAR
