Main Requirements:

Head of Payroll & Personnel Outsourcing Services

• Relevant University degree in Business or HR, MBA would be a plus
• 7-10 years of total Experience, with minimum 2 years preferably in managing a payroll outsourcing services unit/provider
• Hands on experience in Payroll & Personnel management & industry best practices
• -Willing & capable of handling Multi Local & International assignments.
• Excellent Leadership, Managerial & Communication skills in both Arabic & English
