Head of Projects Vacancy in Egypt/ Construction & Real Estate

Our client is a one of the leading companies in construction, real estate investment, project management and urban development both locally and internationally, is seeking for the following position for its branch in Egypt:

Head of Projects:

Job Responsibilities:

• Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan by estimating time and cost of the projects.
• Advising the management at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted.
• Leading the project designing phase with internal and external parties.
• Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team.
• Involved in development of Project Execution Plans ensuring all resources are available.

Identifying and dealing with contractors and suppliers

• Manage all resources of the projects including all contractors, suppliers and logistics.
• Evaluating contractors, suppliers and logistics performance.

Monitoring and controlling consists of projects processes and performance to observe project execution.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in a civil engineering, preferably followed by an MBA or a professional qualification (PMP)

At least 15 years’ experience in areas relevant to the company business (Real Estates Development) in the corporate sector (preferably Real Estates companies) with around 5 years in a senior or leading general management position.
