Senior Auditor Vacancy in Egypt/ Construction & Real Estate

Our client is a one of the leading companies in construction, real estate investment, project management and urban development both locally and internationally, is seeking for the following position for its branch in Egypt:

Senior Auditor

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to preparation of the business plans for the Internal Audit function to ensure effective performance and achievement of business objectives.
• Assist in the definition of performance and quality indicators for business processes within the company in conjunction with Departments through appropriate research and analysis.
• Implement the audit plan and carry out timely audit of assigned areas, including the review of internal controls established for various processes to minimise risk exposure.

• Coordinate and provide all due information and data to external auditors during periodic, statutory audits for a smooth and timely completion of the audit programme.
• Prepare reports and data analysis for senior and top management as directed, from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in a business oriented discipline (Accounting, Business Studies, Economics) , preferably followed by a professional qualification in Finance such as ACA / CPA / ACCA / CIA
• 5-7 years’ experience in areas relevant to the Internal Audit function in the corporate sector or with big four audit firms (with relevant exposure in Real Estate’s development sector).
