Office Manager for the GM / Males only

• Perform all required admin assistance to the general manager and the office staff.
• Make arrangements for visitors at the office; preparing the agenda; organize the meeting; greeting the visitors.
• Maintain calendar, schedule and confirm appointments, arrange and handle meeting schedules

Job Requirements

• Males only.
• Fluent in English
• 3-5 years’ experience in relevant field (administrative – secretary)
